Right of withdrawal within 14 days

1. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the relevant legislation, in distance sales the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reason and without paying any penalty.

• It is sufficient for the withdrawal notice to be directed to the Seller in writing or by a durable data storage device within the 14-day period.
• In contracts relating to the delivery of goods, the period starts on the day the product is delivered to the consumer or to the third party designated by the consumer.
• For orders delivered in more than one part, the period starts on the day the last part is delivered.

2. Return Process

• To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can contact us at [email protected] or on (0212) 438 33 03 together with your order number.
• You must send the product together with its invoice in accordance with the return instructions we provide.
• After the returned product reaches us, it is checked, and if found suitable, the refund is made within the statutory period.
• The refund is carried out in accordance with the payment instrument used at the time of purchase.
• For international returns, the cost and responsibility of return shipping are borne by the buyer, unless otherwise stated.

3. Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the exceptional products specified in the legislation. For Dorea products, particular attention should be paid to the following conditions:

• Products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal or wrapping have been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable in terms of health or hygiene.
• Products that have been used, tried on, washed, whose scent has changed, whose label has been removed or that have lost their resaleable quality.
• Products prepared in line with the consumer's special requests or personal needs.
