Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

The Buyer is the natural or legal person who creates an order through the www.dorea.com.tr website and shares delivery and invoice details electronically. The buyer information relating to the order is assessed on the basis of the information provided in the order form.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties, in accordance with the provisions of Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the products that the Buyer orders electronically from the Seller's website.

3. Product, Payment and Delivery Information

The essential characteristics of the product subject to the agreement, the sale price, the payment method, the delivery address and the shipping cost, if any, are shown to the Buyer before the order is completed, and the order is created upon the Buyer's approval. Prices are displayed and charged in the currency indicated at checkout.

4. General Provisions

• The Buyer acknowledges having been informed, prior to the order, about the essential characteristics of the product, the sale price, the payment method, the delivery conditions and the right of withdrawal.
• The product subject to the agreement is delivered to the delivery address specified by the Buyer or to the third party designated by the Buyer.
• The Seller is responsible for delivering the product intact, complete and in accordance with the characteristics specified in the order.
• If the product price is not paid for any reason or the payment transaction is cancelled, the Seller's obligation to deliver ceases.
• If delivery is delayed due to force majeure, shipping processes or extraordinary circumstances, the Buyer will be informed.
• For deliveries outside Türkiye, any customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges are borne by the Buyer.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product subject to the agreement, without providing any reason and subject to the statutory exceptions. 6. Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the exceptional products specified in the legislation. In particular, for products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal or wrapping have been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable in terms of health or hygiene, the right of withdrawal is assessed on condition that the product is unused and complies with the return conditions.

7. Resolution of Disputes

For disputes that may arise from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction within the monetary limits set out in the legislation. By completing the order, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted the terms of this agreement electronically. The mandatory consumer protection provisions in force in the country of the Buyer's habitual residence remain reserved.
