Membership & Terms of Use

1. Parties and Definitions

These terms apply between the site owner ZEREY TEKS. SAN. VE DIŞ. TİC. A.Ş. ("Dorea") on the one hand, and the user/member visiting or registering with the site on the other. "Site" refers to the website under the domain name dorea.com.tr, and "Member" refers to the natural or legal person who registers with the site.

2. Membership Conditions

• Membership is completed once the membership form is filled in with accurate and up-to-date information and confirmed.
• Persons under the age of 18 may not become members or place orders.
• The member is responsible for the confidentiality of their account credentials (email, password) and for all activity carried out through their account.
• The member may request termination of their membership at any time.

3. Member's Obligations

• The member agrees to use the site in accordance with applicable law, good faith and these terms.
• The member declares that the information they provide is accurate and up to date; liability arising from incorrect information rests with the member.
• No activity may be carried out that threatens the security of the site, damages its systems or seeks to gain unauthorized access.
• Site content may be used solely for personal and lawful purposes.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The intellectual property rights in all brands, logos, images, texts, designs and other content on the site belong to Dorea or the relevant rights holders. This content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without Dorea's written permission.

5. Order and Sales Processes

The sales processes relating to orders placed through the site are subject to the provisions of the Distance Sales Agreement and the Preliminary Information Form. Product prices and campaigns remain valid until updated, and Dorea reserves the right to make changes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dorea does not warrant that the site will operate uninterrupted and error-free; temporary access interruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, updates or force majeure. In the event of clearly incorrect prices or stock information arising from possible typographical/system errors on the site, Dorea reserves the right to cancel the order; in such cases, any amount collected will be refunded.

7. Protection of Personal Data

8. Changes to the Terms

Dorea reserves the right to update these Membership & Terms of Use at any time. The current text takes effect on the date it is published on the site.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms take effect upon the member's electronic confirmation. As the site is accessible internationally, orders and site use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction. Where the buyer is a consumer resident in another country, the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the buyer's country of habitual residence remain reserved to the extent they apply.
