Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, the data controller for your personal data is ZEREY TEKS. SAN. VE DIŞ. TİC. A.Ş. ("Dorea").

2. Methods of Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data may be collected through the website, membership and order forms, payment and delivery processes, the call center, e-mail, social media, in-store communication channels, and similar verbal, written, or electronic methods.

3. Categories of Personal Data Processed

• Identity information: Your name, surname, and billing details.
• Contact information: Your phone number, e-mail, delivery, and billing address.
• Customer transaction information: Your order, return, exchange, request, and complaint records.
• Financial information: The limited information required for payment transactions and invoicing processes. Your card details are not stored on Dorea's servers.
• Technical data: IP address, cookie records, device and usage information.

• To carry out membership, order, payment, invoicing, delivery, return, and exchange processes.
• To evaluate your customer service requests, suggestions, and complaints.
• To fulfill our legal obligations and our accounting and archiving processes.

• Where your explicit consent is present, to carry out campaign, discount, and commercial electronic message processes.

5. Legal Grounds

Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds of the establishment or performance of a contract, the fulfillment of a legal obligation, the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right, our legitimate interests, and, where necessary, your explicit consent.

8. Your Rights Under Article 11 of the KVKK

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed and, if so, to request information about it.
• To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose.
• To know the third parties, domestically or abroad, to whom your personal data is transferred.
• To request the correction of incomplete or inaccurately processed personal data.
• To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the conditions stipulated by the Law.
• To request that correction, deletion, or destruction operations be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred.
• To object to a result arising against you as a result of analysis carried out exclusively through automated systems.
• To request compensation for damages should you incur any due to unlawful processing of your data.

If you are located in the European Union / European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also have rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR, including the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing, withdrawal of explicit consent at any time, and lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority. Where your personal data is transferred internationally, such transfers are carried out subject to appropriate safeguards.
