If you are not satisfied with your purchase, there is no need to worry. You may exercise your right to return and exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.
Create a return request together with your order number via [email protected] or by calling (0212) 438 33 03.
Package the item in its original packaging together with its invoice and all accessories.
Ship your parcel using the contracted courier details provided by us.
Once the item reaches us and has been inspected, your payment is refunded to the method you used for your purchase.
Hygiene notice (underwear): Due to health and hygiene rules, underwear items can only be returned provided that their packaging/protective seal has not been opened and the item has not been tried on or used. Underwear items with opened packaging are outside the scope of returns.
For returns made under the right of withdrawal, the cost of shipments made with the contracted courier company specified by us is covered by Dorea. For orders shipped outside Türkiye, please note that return shipping and any customs charges that may arise could be payable by the buyer.
