2. Subject of the Agreement

This form governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) whose characteristics and sale price are specified below, which the buyer (consumer) orders electronically through the dorea.com.tr website.

3. Product and Service Information

The essential characteristics of the ordered product(s) (type, quantity, model, colour, size), the sale price including VAT, the shipping/delivery fee, if any, and the total amount are presented for the buyer's approval on the order confirmation page and in the order summary. The listed prices and campaigns are valid until updated. Prices are displayed and charged in the currency indicated at checkout.

• The sale price is displayed inclusive of VAT.
• The delivery/shipping fee, if any, is stated separately in the order summary.
• The total amount (product + delivery) is confirmed at the payment step.

4. Payment Method and Plan

Payments can be made by credit card / debit card, bank transfer/EFT and other payment methods offered on the site. Your card details are not stored on Dorea's servers; payment transactions are carried out through the secure infrastructure of licensed payment institutions.

5. Delivery

The products are shipped to the delivery address specified by the buyer during the order via the contracted courier company. The delivery time is within the statutory period of no later than 30 days from order confirmation; depending on stock and campaign status, this period is generally much shorter. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. The delivery fee is stated in the order summary in cases where the conditions for free shipping are not met. For deliveries outside Türkiye, any customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges are borne by the buyer.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product, without providing any reason and without paying any penalty. It is sufficient to send the withdrawal notice to [email protected] or to our contact channels. 7. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

Pursuant to the relevant legislation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products personalised in line with the consumer's requests, and for underwear products whose return is not suitable in terms of health and hygiene and whose packaging/protective tape has been opened. Underwear products may only be returned provided that their original packaging and hygiene tape are unopened, and they are unused and in resaleable condition.

8. Resolution of Disputes

For disputes that may arise from this form and the distance sales agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and the Consumer Courts have jurisdiction for disputes exceeding this limit. The mandatory consumer protection provisions in force in the country of the buyer's habitual residence remain reserved.
