Shipping is free on all orders of 2,000 TL and above.

Approved orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days.

Once your shipment is on its way, a tracking number is shared with you.

Delivery process

Order confirmation: Orders whose payment is completed are moved into the preparation process.
Preparation and shipping: Your order is carefully packed and handed over to the courier within 1-3 business days.
Delivery time: Depending on your region, the courier company usually delivers the shipment within a few business days.
Public holidays: No shipments are dispatched on weekends and public holidays; these days are not included in the delivery time.

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are current and correct.
If there is any damage, crushing or opening when receiving your package, we recommend having a report drawn up before accepting it.
During busy campaign periods, short delays may occur in delivery times.
